AX Developer (Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AX Developer to design, develop, customize, and support

Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. The ideal candidate

will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to

deliver scalable ERP solutions that support business operations and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O solutions.

Create and modify forms, reports, workflows, tables, classes, and integrations using

X++.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather technical

requirements.

Design and develop integrations with third-party systems and APIs.

Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Support system upgrades, deployments, patches, and environment management.

Develop SSRS reports, Power BI integrations, and data migration scripts.

Participate in testing, UAT support, and production deployments.

Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Provide ongoing technical support and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance &

Operations development.

Strong experience with X++ development.

Experience with AOT, MorphX, Visual Studio, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).

Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, and integrations.

Familiarity with ERP business processes including Finance, Supply Chain,

Procurement, or Manufacturing.

Experience with Azure DevOps and source control tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O cloud environments.

Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure integrations.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics AX or D365 F&O are a plus.

Timezone).
