Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Manager to lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives in a fast-paced telemarketing environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both inbound and outbound sales, with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance, meet targets, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of telemarketers handling inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Monitor daily performance, ensuring team members meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to improve individual and team performance
  • Analyze call metrics, conversion rates, and overall team productivity
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement
  • Handle escalations and support team members in closing complex sales
  • Ensure adherence to scripts, compliance standards, and company policies
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales goals and strategies


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Team Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead in a telemarketing or call center sales environment of at least 2 years
  • Strong background in inbound and outbound telemarketing
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective team management
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
  • High level of accountability, professionalism, and problem-solving ability


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing high-volume sales teams
  • Strong objection-handling and closing techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer tools
  • Ability to motivate and drive team engagement in a target-driven environment
