Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative (Telemarketer) to handle both inbound and outbound calls. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers, promote products or services, and convert leads into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about products or services
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using effective communication and persuasion skills
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
• Follow scripts and adapt messaging based on customer responses
• Accurately document calls, customer details, and outcomes in the system
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with potential customers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or call center roles (inbound and outbound)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Persuasive, confident, and goal-driven personality
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
