Rate: $600-$700 per month (depending on tenure) + paid leaves

About the Role

We are looking for a highly personable and results-driven Wholesale Lead Generation &

Outreach Specialist to help expand our client's e-commerce business into grocery stores, cafés,

and retail partners across the United States.

This role is focused on organized outreach, relationship-building, lead discovery, follow-ups, and

sales support. You will work closely with our internal team member who will guide the strategy

while you execute outreach campaigns and nurture potential wholesale partners.

This is a part-time, 100% remote role with an immediate start.


Responsibilities

Research and identify potential wholesale partners including grocery stores, cafés, and

retailers across the US

Conduct consistent outreach primarily through email communication

Build and maintain organized lead databases and pipelines

Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain engagement

Set up and manage automated email flows and check-ins using Klaviyo

Learn and deeply understand the product line to communicate value effectively

Help move prospects through the sales process and support closing opportunities

Coordinate with the internal team regarding outreach strategy and lead progress


Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or wholesale business

development

Strong written English communication skills with a personable and professional tone

Experience using Klaviyo for email campaigns and automation flows

Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills

Ability to understand products quickly and communicate their benefits effectively

Comfortable working independently and proactively

Experience working with retail, grocery, café, or food & beverage accounts is a strong

advantage

Sales closing experience is preferred
